Thanks so much to all who participated, this one was tough because the competition was so fierce with creative captions covering every possible angle. Every single entry displayed a strong dedication to the craft of captioning and capturing with words what a picture says to one’s other senses. I mean, when you see something like this, this, this, this, and this, the mind can take you anywhere. (Tell me you found the red herring.)
This story sounds pretty mediocre (and surprisingly familiar) to me, but when told in pictures, it is pretty awesome. Also, snakes are cool and some people think golf is pretty cool and everyone loves Australia, so we’re going to say, “Yes, this is newsworthy.”
